It is amazing that our government regulators work so hard to protect the big boys against the small business entrepreneurs. You see, the big corporations don't need the government's help, they can afford big lawyers, and they can buy the best talent on the market. Big corporations have endless capacity to borrow money and make deals. Unfortunately, the government has made it too easy for larger corporations to lobby the regulations in their favor putting barriers to entry up for any and all smalltime competitors.
