Motivating Employees With BAM!

Managers face a challenge when it comes to identifying work activities that lead to successful results and inducing employees to achieve those results. A tool known as the behavioral model can help to overcome this challenge. Developed initially through the innovative work of psychologist B.F. Skinner for use in human behavioral research, the behavior model relies on the study of a subject's behaviors without explicitly focusing on mental states as the driver of those behaviors. Building upon the work of Skinner and other like-minded experts, I propose the Behavior Accountability Model (BAM), a tool for inspiring employees to be accountable for best in class results. Yes, "behaviors" are the key to BAM. You've heard the saying, "Actions speak louder than words." BAM identifies for management and workers the correct actions (or behaviors) for setting goals, monitoring results, and achieving success. Read on to discover HOW TO motivate employees to excel with a BAM!
