Four days into his new tenure at Bristol City, head coach Sean O'Driscoll has already begun to make his mark on the club.

He put the team through their paces during a bitterly cold training session this morning and afterwards spoke to ThisisBristol about settling into the club, assessing the players and his optimism for this weekend's game away at Leeds.
